摘要
在分析了直升机巡检航空图像中的高压电力线的特征的基础上,针对传统的边缘检测算法不能有效地提取电力线的问题,提出了一种新的直升机巡线系统电力线提取算法。首先用基于统计模型的ratio算子检测直线像素点,然后用局部Modified HT变换和全局Hough变换相结合的方法提取直线。实验结果表明,该算法能够从复杂的自然背景中完整地提取电力线,并且具有很好的噪声抑制能力,电力线完整提取率达90%。文中的研究为利用航空摄影测量的方法来获取电力线的高度提供了保障,具有较好的工程实用价值。
Analyzes features of overhead power lines in aerial inspection images. Aiming at problems with using traditional edge detection algorithm to extract power lines, a new method is presented which can extact power lines from aerial inspection system. First, the method utilizes ratio edge detector which based on statistics model to detect edge points of lines. Then combine partial modified hough transform and overall hough transform to extract lines. The result of the experiment indicates algorithm can completely extracts power lines from aerial images with complicated natural background and has strong antinoise ability, the rate of entirely extract power lines is nearly 90%. So the algorithm provides guarantee for detecting the status of power lines using photogrammetric technique. So it has much practical value.
