南海问题现状与前瞻

The Status Quo and Prospect of the South China Sea Issue

南海周边国家对南沙群岛及其附近海域或全部或部分提出领土要求;越南、马来西亚、菲律宾、文莱、印度尼西亚等国在南海海域的油气开采深入到我传统海疆线内,有关国家以维护专属经济区为名抓扣、驱赶我渔民,我传统渔场日益萎缩。针对这一形势,我应抓紧立法,维护我传统海疆线的尊严,并加快对南海资源的开发利用。

States on South China Sea have made partial or overall territorial claim of the Nansha archipelago and adjacent areas,while some states' energy exploration and extraction activities have even extended into our traditional maritime territory.Faced with this situation,we should accelerate our legislation process,safeguard the sovereignty over our traditional territorial seas and speed up resource exploration and extraction in South China Sea.
