神经源性肺水肿3例报告

REPORT OF THREE CASES OF NEUROGENIC PULMONARY EDEMA

作者报告了神经源性肺水肿（NPE）3例。NPE继发于颅脑病变，临床少见，起病迅速．表现为颅脑损伤后出现突发性呼吸困难及大量血性泡沫痰，死亡率高。作者对NPE的发病机理、临床特点、治疗方法等进行了探讨。

The author reported 3 cases of neurogenic pulmonary edema (NPE), commonly suffered from a craniocerebral disease, which was rare in clinic and was fast in 0nset. NPE appeared in flaredyspnea and large amount of forthy bloody sputum. Its death rate was high. The path0geny,clinical diagno-sis and treatment of NPE were discussed.
