摘要 液压成形是依靠高压液体使金属坯料贴模成形的柔性加工工艺。它具有成形产品质量轻、刚度好、形状及尺寸精度高、模具简单和生产周期短等诸多优点,目前已在国外汽车工业中得到广泛应用。就液压成形工艺原理及分类进行了介绍,概述了液压成形设备发展及该技术在工业领域中的应用,并且总结了国内外相关研究进展及发展趋势。 Hydroforming is a flexible processing technique using hydraulic pressure as the forming media.Hydroformed products can reduce weight and cost while improving structural strength and rigidity.It is widely used today in the mass production of lightweight components for automotive industry.In this paper,the classification and fundamentals of this technique were introduced;the developments of forming equipment and application in industry were presented.The research status and development trends were also generalized.
