某干休所离退休干部照顾者对心肺复苏认知情况的调查

Investigation on Recognition of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for Care-giver of Retired Cadres in Cadre's Sanitarium

目的了解某干休所离退休干部照顾者对心肺复苏知识和技能掌握现况,为做好离退休干部的家庭保健服务提供相关参考与依据。方法采用自行设计的调查表以问卷和访谈相结合的方法对某军队干休所290名离退休干部照顾者进行调查。结果调查结果显示,目前离退休干部照顾者对心肺复苏知识和技能认识不足,缺乏相关知识和技能的培训。结论建议多途径加强心肺复苏知识和技能的培训,使人们能更好地应对突发的意外情况,以减少院前病死率,提高抢救成功率。

Objective To study the mastering status of knowledge and skills related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） for retired cadres to provide the relevant reference and evidence. Methods A total of 290 retired officers were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire combined with interviews. Results The survey showed that there was a lack of knowledge education and skill trainings on CPR for the watchers. Conclusion Multiple approaches were adopted to strengthen the knowledge education skill training to better cope with sudden unexpected situations,reduce pre-admission mortality and improve survival rate.
