摘要
通过对高校体育课武术套路练习时节奏的表现形式的论述,分析了节奏在武术练习中的要素以及重要作用,使学生加深对武术套路运动中节奏的认识,增强武术套路的观赏性,提高武术专项课的教学质量,促进武术教学的进一步发展。
This paper tries to analyze the essential role and important function of rhythm in style practice of Wushu, by discussing the representation of Wushu rhythm in PE class. And also, this paper tries to add more recognitions of Wushu rhythm to college students, enhance the appropriation of Wushu, improve the teaching quality of Wushu class and promote the development of teaching of Wushu.
