网络集群行为与社会工作介入策略

Cyber Collective Behavior and Social Work Intervention

文章借用集群行为理论,对网络集群行为的特征、发生要素和作用机制进行理论探讨,并从社会工作视角对网络集群行为暴力倾向提出一些干预设想。文章认为,网络集群行为的发生,从微观层面看,是信息刺激(外因)和网民认知(内因)相互作用的结果。加强网络立法和监督、规范人们的网络言论是对外因的干预,而对内因的干预需要引进社会工作的认知-行为疗法,通过改变网民的认知去改变他们的行为。

Based on the collective behavior theory, this paper discusses the characteristics, occurrence elements and acting mechanism of cyber collective behavior. It also gives some suggestions from the social work viewpoint on how to intervene the violence that usually happens when collective behavior takes place on the Internet. The paper explains that, at the micro-level, the Internet collective behavior is caused by the interaction between the external cause of information impacting and the internal cause of the cognition of cyber citizens. It is regarded that strengthening the regulation could only resolve the external problem. However, as to the internal problem, we should adopt cognitive-behavioral therapy to help cyber citizens to change their cognition in order to change their behavior.
