摘要
21世纪的传媒业已进入媒体融合时代,传媒业对新闻人才的需求也由"工匠型"向"复合型"、"创新型"、"全能型"发展。突破传统的新闻教育观,展望未来,培养适合传媒业未来发展的急缺人才是新闻教育义不容辞的责任。贯彻通识教育观,打造"双师型"新闻教育师资,强调理论传授与实践能力的发展有机结合是新闻人才培养的必由之路。
The media has entered the media convergence age in the 21 st century, and the demand of news talent for the media in- dustry has developed from ＂application-based＂ to ＂interdisciplinary＂,＂innovation-oriented＂ and ＂well-rounded＂.We must break through the traditional concept of journalistic education, look ahead, and foster the talent in urgent need who can adapt themselves to the development of the prospective media.All of these are the basic responsibility for journalistic education. It is the only way to bring up news talent by implementing the concept of general education, forging ＂double-qualification＂ teachers of journalistic education, and combining the theory with practice.
