金融危机对高职毕业生就业率的影响及其对策

The Influence of the Financial Crisis on the Graduate Employment in Higher Vocational Colleges and Its Countermeasure

国际金融危机已影响到国内实体经济和高校毕业生的就业。文章从宏观和微观层面分析了高职毕业生就业状况,指出应用型技术人才的需求并未明显下降且有可能恢复性上升。目前,高职院校需要在"稳定规模,调整结构"上作好文章:以示范性高职院校建设为契机,提升人才培养质量;以地区产业结构调整为导向,优化专业设置;以产学研合作为平台,改革人才培养模式;实施人才强校战略,提升师资队伍整体水平,为"后危机时代"的发展夯实基础。

The international financial crisis has affected the domestic real economy and the employment of college graduates. This paper analyses, from the macro-and micro-level, the situation of employment for vocational graduates, and points out that the demand for technical personnel does not decrease significantly and may increase to reach the previous level. At present, the higher vocational colleges should stress on ＂Maintaining a constant intake and adjusting the educational framework＂ and take the National Exemplary Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges as an opportunity to enhance the quality of talents cultivation. The programs should be developed and optimized according to the regional industrial restructuring. The talents cultivation mode should be reformed under the background of cooperation by production, study and research. The strategy of reinvigorating the school through human resource development should be applied in order to enhance the overall level of teaching staff and lay a good foundation for the development in the post-crisis era.
