Building the harmonious campus depends on human harmony, and finally embodies human harmony. Based on the idea of humanism management to build the harmonious campus, we should show the people-oriented idea thoroughly in college management as well as to respect and develop the human. We should center on the teaching staff and students to give the fullest expression to their initiative and finally construct the harmonious campus in the course of the teaching staff＇s management and students＇ management.
