摘要
本文列举了最近十几年运行中的国外油气管道上3LPE和3LPP防腐层剥离的案例，介绍了国外在此方面的分析研究结果和今后的研究动向。
The paper describes several failure cases of disbondments of 3LPE and 3LPP found on existing abroad oil and gas pipelines. Also it introduces the analysis result of the disbondment and the trend of future work in the world
