B型和Q型烟粉虱成虫经高、低温暴露后的存活特性研究 被引量:3

Study on survival characteristics of B-biotype and Q-biotype Bemisia tabaci by treatment of high and low temperatures

摘要 研究了B型和Q型烟粉虱成虫经过高、低温暴露后的存活情况。结果表明,2种生物型烟粉虱成虫对高温具有较强的适应性,在45℃下暴露1h,部分成虫仍能存活;B型和Q型烟粉虱成虫在2~5℃下暴露1~8d后存活率迅速下降,成虫在2℃下暴露4d或在5℃下暴露8d后全部死亡。 Survival of B-biotypes and Q-biotypes of Bemisia tabaci were studied by treatment of high and low temperature. It indicated that both of the two types had strong adaptability to high temperatures, and some of the adults can survive by treatment of 45℃ for lh, while survival percentage of the two types decreased quickly by treatment of 2-5℃ for 1-8 d, and the adults died entirely by the treatment of 2 ℃ for 4d or 5℃ for 8 d.
