新型平衡式变量叶片泵的速度补偿特性

摘要 为降低汽车液压动力转向系统中转向泵存在的较大能量损失,提出一种含有浮动块的新型平衡式变量转向叶片泵.考虑转向泵实际工况,将新型转向泵的变量范围设计为特定转速范围内速度补偿代替全转速范围内速度补偿,同时建立汽车液压助力转向系统的数学模型,选择不同的参数对转向泵进行节能效果仿真.结果表明,该泵可有效降低液压动力转向系统的能量损失. To reduce the great energy loss of steering pump in an automotive hydraulic power steering system, a variable displacement of double-action vane pump with a floating block was developed. According to the actual working conditions of the steering pump, speed range of the pump was design in special speed range instead of total speed range, meanwhile the mathematical model for hydraulic power steering of automobile was established, and different parameters of the pump were selected in energy saving simulation. Results show that the proposed pump can reduce the energy loss of the automotive hydraulic power steering system.
