渤海海域主要港口有机锡化合物监测分析 被引量:3

Monitoring and analyzing on organotin compound in main ports of Bohai Bay of China

摘要 为监测渤海海域有机锡污染情况,利用顶空固相微萃取与气相色谱火焰光度检测法于2008年5月对渤海海域7个重要港口9个站位的表层水体、底泥和低等海洋生物的有机锡污染现状进行调查.结果表明,渤海海域各主要港口水域表层水体有机锡含量较低,均低于检测限;底泥中有机锡污染物检出率达86%,含量大部分高于检测限及一般发达国家制定的环境有机锡残留标准.影响有机锡含量及其空间分布的主要因素包括港口船舶吞吐量、水文状况、季节及与大型码头的距离.调查结果表明,目前渤海海域各主要港口存在有机锡污染,部分港口污染还很严重. Headspace solid phase micro extraction combining with gas chromatography and flame photometric detector were used to monitor the contents of organotin compounds in Bohai Bay, and organotin compounds in the surface water, bottom soil and marine gastropod were investigated at nine sampling stations in seven harbors of the Bohai Bay in May 2008. Results show that the organotin compounds contents in the surface water samples from the main ports of the Bohai Bay are lower than the detection limit, but the organotin compounds detection rate in the bottom soil is up to 86 %, which is higher than the detection limit and the general environmental organotin residue standards set up by the developed countries. The main factors that affect concentration of organotin compounds and their space distribution are ship throughput and hydrological condition in each harbor, investigated season, and distance from sampling station to large-scale dock. Investigation shows that the organotin compounds pollution still exists in the main ports of the Bohai Bay and is serious in some ports.
