某公司印制线路板建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Evaluation of Occupational Hazards Control in A Construction Project of Printed Circuit Board of A Enterprise

目的评价某公司印制线路板建设项目职业病危害控制效果。方法依照GBZ/T 197-2007《建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价技术导则》,采用现场职业卫生学调查和工作场所职业病危害因素监测相结合的原则进行评价。结果化学毒物、噪声和粉尘是该厂的主要职业危害,单项指数和综合指数都符合标准。结论该公司综合卫生评价分级标准属Ⅰ级,但从可持续发展的长远目标看,依然要做好安全管理,落实各项安全防护措施。

[ Objective ] To evaluate the occupational hazards control in a construction project of printed circuit board o! a enterpnse. [ Methods] Spot occupational hygiene investigation and occupational hazards monitoring of workplace were adopted according to GBZ/T 197 -2007 ＂Evaluation Technique Guide on The Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in A Construction Project＂. [ Results] The major occupational hazards of this enterprise were chemical poisons, noise and dusts. The single index and the composite index were both in line with the relative standards. [ Conclusion] The comprehensive hygienic assessment degree of this company is grade I, but it is still necessary to make security control and protective measure from a long-term goal of sustainable development.
