体表胃起搏治疗胃动力紊乱性疾病疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析评估胃动力紊乱患者经体表胃起搏治疗后的疗效。方法江阴市人民医院经胃电图、胃镜等检查诊断为胃动力紊乱的患者25例,应用YM-W型体表胃起搏器治疗,并进行治疗前后症状及症状积分的评估。结果患者经体表胃起搏治疗后症状积分(0.61±0.14)较治疗前(1.59±0.27)差异有统计学意义(t=7.18,P<0.01),25例患者的治疗总有效率达88.3%。结论体表胃起搏治疗能有效改善胃动力紊乱性疾病患者的症状。 [ Objective] To analyze and evaluate the therapeutic effect of surface gastric pacing in treatment of gastric motility disor- der. [ Methods] Totally 25 patients with gastric motility disorder diagnosed by electrogastrogram and gastroscopy in Jiangyin People's Hospital were enrolled in the study. All patients were treated with the surface gastric pacemaker { YM-W), clinical symptoms and score of symptoms were evaluated before and after treatment. [ Results ] The difference of symptom scores was significant { 0.61 ± 0.14 } after treatment and ( 1.59 ± 0.27 } before treatment { t = 7.18, P 〈 0.01 ), Total effective rate was 88.3 %. [ Conclusion] Surface gastric pacing can relieve symptoms of patients with gastric motility disorder.
