摘要
制动器瞬态温度场分布直接影响矿用自卸车制动盘的结构设计及寿命评估。在国内首台220吨矿用自卸车设计过程中,基于能量耗散原理,充分考虑移动热源对制动器温度场的影响,利用商业软件comsol模拟盘式制动器5次循环制动工况,得到制动器宏观瞬态温度场分布特点。同时,该分析方法在同类型的154t矿用自卸车制动器的仿真与试验对比中得到验证,结果有效,可靠,为电动轮自卸车盘式制动器设计与改进提供了参考。
The distribution characteristic of the transient temperature field of brake has direct influence for structural design and assessing lifes-pan of the brake disc of large-scale tramcar. In thefirst domestic 220t electric drive dump truck's design process, based on the energy dissipating principle, and fully considering the impacts on brake temperature field of moving heat source, the commercial software comsol was the first time to be used to simulate 5-cycle braking of 220t electric drive dump truck, and the temperature distribution characteristic of the brake in temperature field was got at end of the simulation. At the same time, this method was proved to be effective and reliable by comparing the experimental data with the calculated results of simulation for braking of 154t electric drive dump truck, which offers reference to design and improve electric drive dump truck's disc brake.
