健脾补肾中药对胆管炎病人T细胞亚群的影响

Effects of Herbal Medicine with Tonifying Spleen and Kidney Actions on T Lymphocyte Subpopulation in Patients with Cholangitis

目的：观察６２例胆管炎病人的Ｔ细胞亚群及健脾补肾中药的作用。方法：采用茶碱抑制试验测定６２例胆管炎患者用健脾补肾法治疗后外周血Ｔ细胞亚群的改变。结果：本组病人辅助Ｔ细胞明显下降，其中３１例口服健脾补肾中药１０天后，辅助Ｔ细胞和抑制Ｔ细胞显著上升，并发症明显减少。结论：此中药可影响病人Ｔ细胞亚群。

bjective:To observe the effects of Chinese herbal midicine with tonifying spleen and kidney actions on T lymphocyte subpopulation in patients with chronic cholangitis and relation of the complicationsMethods:Sixy-two patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:the control group was treated with conventional method;the herbal group was given herbal medicine with tonifying spleen and kidney effectsResults:It was shown that helper T cells in patients with cholangitis were lower than the normalThe helper T cells and suppressor T cells in patients given the herbal medicine were much higher than those before medicine and those in the controlThe morbidity were much lower than those of the controlConclusion:Chinese herbal medicine with tonifying spleen and kidney effects are helpful in improving immune function and reducing complications in patients with cholangitis
