摘要
目的:探讨通脉散3号祛瘀通脉的治疗机理。方法:采用激素致血瘀加造栓模型,进行耳廓微循环、肢体局部组织血流及血栓形态学观察。结果:通脉散3号组的Ⅰ、Ⅱ级微血管动静脉比例为1:198、1:119;微循环血流流态以线流为主;双侧肢体局部组织血流差值003ml/100gmin;血栓占血管腔面积为8605%;血栓内以机化和血管再通为主。各组指标与对照组比较P<005。结论:通脉散3号具有明显改善瘀血型实验动物的血液在微血管中的流态,调整动静脉比例以及减少渗出,增加局部组织血流。
bjective:To observe the effects of Tongmai San Ⅲ on promoting blood flow and removing blood stasis.Methods:The thrombophlebitis models in rats were made by means of injecting DXM intramuscularly,followed by burning local vein with electrocautery.The auricular microcirculation,local blood flow of limb tissue and thrombus morphology were observed.Results:The proportion of arterole to venule of micro-vessels of ⅠandⅡgrade in Tongmai SanⅢgroup was 1:1·98 and 1:1·19respectively;the microcirculation status of blood flow was mainly line flow;quantitative difference of blood flow of local tissues in bilteral limbs was 0.03ml/100g.min.;thrombus covered 86.05 percent of total square of blood volume;the major manifestations in thrombus were organization of thrombus and blood reflow.The targets of every group were comparative to the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The results showed that Tongmai San Ⅲcould improve the status of blood flow,regulate the diameter proportion of arteriole to venule,reduce exudation,increase the blood flow volume and promote organization of thrombus and blood reflow.
