摘要 希拉里非洲之行的重点在于宣示奥巴马政府的对非新政策,旨在全面发展美国与非洲国家的关系,重启美非关系新篇章。希拉里此访对美非关系的提升具有积极意义,也将对中非关系产生一定影响。
