过度市场化下中外合作办学的理念调整及发展规划

Idea Adjustment and Strategic Development of Sino-foreign Cooperation in Education Provision in the Age of Over-marketization

近年来,中外合作办学在我国逐渐兴起,在其发展过程中,也出现了专业趋同,合作层次较低等问题。目前我国合作办学受到过度市场化的影响,大多数的合作项目都倾向教育贸易,而非教育援助。今后发展中外合作办学应该以补充我国高等教育资源不足为目的,在政策层面上,国家要对中外合作办学予以更多的引导,而不能仅仅依靠市场的力量。

In recent years, Sino foreign cooperation in higher education provision has been rising in China. Issues such as similarity in discipline setting and low-level cooperation have also emerged in the process. Under the influence of over- marketization in China, most of the cooperation projects inclined to educational trade rather than educational aid. In the future, the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in education prvision should aim to compensate the shortage of resource in higher education in China. From the perspective of policy-making, the government should offer more guidance rather than only rely on market mechanism.
