摘要
目前,浙江省宁波市学前教育城乡之间、不同性质园所之间办园水平存在较大差异,学前教育的工作重点应为促进均衡优质发展。对此,政府应明确扶持发展学前教育的责任,保障幼儿园发展经费,促使公共教育资源向欠发达地区农村幼儿园倾斜;加强幼儿园标准建设,提高教育质量,提升教师素质;创新学前教育办学模式,严格幼儿园的"星级"管理机制,全面完善育人环境。
Currently, there are large differences about the level of running nursery schools in the preschool education in Ningbo City of Zhejiang Province between rural and urban areas, and between different preschool institutions with different natures. Therefore, the working focus of preschool education should be pushing forward the balanced and excellent development. The government should clarify the responsibility to support and develop preschool education, guarantee the development funds of nursery schools, promote public educational resources to lean to the rural nursery schools in the less developed areas, strengthen the standard construction of the kindergarten, improve educational quality, upgrade the teachers' quality, innovate the school running mode of preschool education, be strict with the management mechanism of kindergarten, and perfect the cultivation environment comprehensively.
