扶正防癌液对胃肠肿瘤患者血清SOD活性的影响及其临床意义

Clinical Significance of Elevated SOD Activity by Fuzhengfangai Liquid in Serum of Patients with Gastrointestinal Carcinoma

本文研究了４９例胃肠道肿瘤患者，３０例接受扶正防癌口服液伍用化疗列为治疗组，１９例接受单纯化疗列为对照组。研究结果显示：１．扶正防癌口服液可以减轻化疗引起的临床症状。对照组患者７３．６％出现乏力，６３．１６％出现食欲下降，６８．４２％出现恶心，６３．１６％出现体重下降，而治疗组病人仅３０％、３３．３３％、３３．３３％和３０％分别出现上述症状；２．扶正防癌口服液伍用化疗可以保护骨髓的造血机能。对照组病人４７．３７％出现白细胞减少，３１．５８％出现血小板减少，而治疗组病人仅２０％和３．３３％出现白细胞降低和血小板减少；３．扶正防癌口服液伍用化疗可以保护肿瘤患者的免疫功能，治疗后对照组患者的巨噬细胞吞噬率，补体Ｃ３水平较治疗组减低；５．扶正防癌口服液可以调节肿瘤患者血清ＳＯＤ的活力。对照组病人疗后Ｔ－ＳＯＤ活力和ＭｎＳＯＤ活力明显下降，疗后治疗组病人ＳＯＤ活力与正常人相比无明显变化，治疗组病人Ｔ－ＳＯＤ活力明显高于对照组病人。上述结果表明，胃肠道癌患者临床指标的改善，可能与扶正防癌口服液增加肿瘤病人血清内ＳＯＤ的活性有关。综合其它实验结果分析，扶正防癌口服液扶正祛邪的组方原则可以从自由基生物医学的抗氧化理论中得到?

orty-nine cases of gastrointestinal carcinoma were studied.Thirty patients in the treatment group received Fuzhengfangai liquid combined with chemotherapy and 19 patients in the control group received chemotherapy alone. It was suggested:1.Fuzhengfangai Liquid ameliorated the side effects of chemotherapy. Incidences of general fatigue,anorexia,nausea and reduced body weight were in control 73.66%,63.16%,68.42%,63.16%,and in the treatment group 30%,33.33%,33.33%and 30% respectively;2.Fuzhengfangai Liquid protected the hemopoietic function of the bone marrow.There were 47.3% and 31.58% of patients with granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia in control group respectively,and there were only 20% and 3.33% of patients with granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia respectively in the treatment group. 3.Fuzhengfangai Liquid enhanced immune function impaired by chemotherapy. The phagocytosis of macrophage and level of complement C3 were higher in the treatment group than in the control. 4.Fuzhengfangai Liquid regulated the activity of SOD. Chemotherapy reduced the activity of TSOD and MnSOD significantly. The activity of TSOD was higher in the treatment group than in the control. The therapeutic mechanism and clinical effects of Fuzhengfangai Liquid could be explained by antioxide theory of free radical biomedicine.
