摘要
本研究通过在体回肠肠系膜动脉缺血再灌流(I/R)肠管内加压模型,以125I-LPS为示踪剂,动态观察肠腔内毒素的转运规律及通里攻下中药承气合剂在这一病理生理过程中的作用。实验结果表明:肠内压在10cmH2O时,I/R模型组的125I-LPS入血量、肠外渗漏量、肠组织吸收率均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);承气合剂预处理I/R模型组的125I-LPS入血量、肠组织吸收率均明显低于I/R模型组(P<0.01)。表明肠内压升高对I/R肠腔内内毒素移位有促进作用,且随施压时间的延长而增加。承气合剂可减少肠腔内毒素的移位入血。
he mechanism of intraintestinal endotoxin translocation and the effect of Chengqi Mixture in this course with the model of intestinal ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)in rabbits with intestinal intraluminal high pressure and using 125I-LPS as a tracer.As result,we found that the amount of 125I-LPS entering the blood circulation and of absorption and transudations in I/R group with 10cmH2O intraluminal pressure were obviously higher than those of the control group (P<0.01).The amount of entering the blood circulation and the rate of intestinal absorption in the I/R group of pretreatment Chengqi Mixture were obviously lower than those in the control(P<0.01).It was suggested that high intraluminal pressure might help intestinal intraluminal endotoxin translocation of intestinal I/R and the amount increased with the pressure time Chengqi Mixture might reduce intraluminal endotoxin translocation.
