摘要
研究了不同前体及营养物对蛹虫草液体发酵产菌丝体和虫草菌素的影响,并优化了其添加条件。结果表明添加前体及营养物能大幅提高蛹虫草液体发酵菌丝体及其中虫草菌素的含量,通过对9种供试前体及营养物进行筛选,确定能有效提高菌丝体及其中虫草菌素含量的物质是腺嘌呤、甘氨酸、腺苷、L-谷氨酰胺4种。2种前体及营养物能够通过协同互补作用提高虫草菌素产量,腺苷的组合添加效果明显高于腺嘌呤组,特别是2g/L腺苷和16g/LL-谷氨酰胺组合添加胞内虫草菌素含量达到了25.92mg/g(是原来的282.97%),菌丝体产量也达到28.5g/L(是原来的157.89%)。
The present study was to investigate the effect of the additives on the mycelial and cordycepin production of C. militaris in submerged culture. The methods for increasing the production of mycelial and cordycepin were also investigated by C. militaris 0746 using additives. As a result of adding various compounds such as purine biosynthesis related compounds to the basal medium for the purpose of enhancing the cordycepin production, glycine,L-glutamine, adenine and adenosine were shown to be effective additives. Cordycepin production was greatly increased through synergic effect when two kinds of compounds were simultaneously added to the basal medium. The most preferable condition of the additives was the combination of 2 g/L of adenosine and 16 g/L of L-glutamine, and the maximum cordycepin content in mycelial reached 25.92mg/g, which corresponds to 282.97% that in the basal medium, and the maximum mycelial production reached 28.5g/L, which corresponds to 157.89% that in the basal medium.
