摘要 纤维低聚糖是一种新型的功能性低聚糖,文中介绍了纤维低聚糖的结构特点、制备、分离、生理功能及应用前景等,为开辟功能性低聚糖的新领域提供基础性资料。 Cello-oligosaccharide is a new kind of functional oligosaccharide. In this paper, studies on the structure, characteristic, preparation, separation, physiological functions and application potentials of cello-oligosaccharide were introduced. The basic information was provided for further research of functional oligosaccharides.
