摘要
以西兰花品种"独舞"为试材,研究了采前喷洒和浇灌1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)水溶液对其贮藏品质的影响。试验表明:西兰花采前喷洒和浇灌400μL/L1-MCP水溶液能减少其采后失重,降低可溶性固形物和糖的损失,抑制叶绿素和VC的降解,降低细胞膜相对透性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,可有效地延缓衰老和延长贮藏时间;同一处理浓度下,采前喷洒优于浇灌处理,前者将西兰花贮藏时间延长了126%,可达到5℃下用1μL/L1-MCP熏蒸处理6h的效果。
In this study, effect of preharvest spray and irrigation of 1-MCP aqueous solution on postharvest quality of broccoli "duwu" was evaluated . Results indicated that preharvest application of aqueous solution of 1-MCP on broccoli decreased weight loss, reduced the loss of soluble solids and water-soluble sugar content, inhibited decomposition of chlorophyll and ascorbic acid, lowered membrane permeability and POD activity, delayed senescence and extended storage life of broccoli. Under the same condition, spray of 1-MCP solution was more effective than irrigation treatment, the former resulted in 126% extension in storage life and attained the effect of 1 μL/L 1-MCP gas fumigation for 6h at 5℃.
