基于电网峰平谷约束的短期优化调度研究

摘要 针对分时电价下要求短期优化调度中同一电站相同时段出力相等,并限定了峰平出力比和谷平出力比范围,直接用动态规划难以求解的情况,用定出力算法与动态规划相结合对其进行了求解。以南桠河梯级水电站为例进行了仿真计算,结果表明,该方法能够有效寻求梯级水电站短期最优运行方式。 According to the situation that a same power plant requires equal output in the same period in short-term optimal dispatching under TOU power price and because the range of the output ratio between peak and normal time and the output ratio between valley and normal time is limited, the dynamic programming can not solve directly. The fixed output algorithm is used with the combination of dynamic programming in order to solve such problem. Taking the cascade hydropower stations on the Nanya River as an example to make simulation calculation, the results showed that this method can effectively solve the optimum operation mode of cascade hydropower stations in short time.
