摘要
混流式水轮机在偏离最优工况运行时,会产生脱流空化和涡带,产生机组振动和空蚀,进而影响机组运行稳定性,甚至造成转轮叶片裂纹、尾水管撕裂等,迫使机组停机检修。为此,就水电站机组运行稳定性的问题进行了研究,提出了优化设计、加强制造和检修质量的控制、消除尾水管涡带引起的振动等行之有效的预防措施,可供参考。
During The mixed-flow operates in the deviation of optimum working conditions, it will produce off-flow cavitation and vortex zone, vibration of generating unit and then affect operation stability of generating unit or even cause the cracks of runner blade and draft-tube, which makes the generating unit stop for repair. For this reason, this paper studies on the problem of operation stability of generating unit of hydropower station, puts forward some effective measures such as optimization design, strengthening the quality control of manufacturing and repair, removing the vibration caused by the vortex zone of draft-tube, which could be used for reference.
