Discussions on the Application of Identification System of Hydropower Station to the Hydropower Trade

我国水电行业长期以来一直缺乏设备编码标准,导致在水电站建设的各个阶段以及相关单位之间缺乏一种有效的沟通和管理的技术手段。针对于此,对各种编码体系进行了分析比较,并就其在国内水电行业应用过程中可能出现的问题进行了探讨,并提出了一些见解,供同行参考。

The hydropower trade in China has been in short of equipment coding standards for a long term, which causes there is no effective communication and management technical tool among the different stages of hydropower station construction and relative units. For this reason, this paper analyzes and compares the various coding systems and discusses the possible problems occurred in application of domestic hydropower trade. Then it puts forward some opinions for reference.
