作为国家实施能源战略和西部大开发战略的重要组成部分,雅砻江流域水电开发在四川乃至全国经济发展和社会进步中有着极其重要的作用。通过探讨雅砻江流域水电开发所面临的挑战,分析了雅砻江流域成立水电开发虚拟研究中心的优势,并提出了存在的问题及相应的对策。

As an important component of the Great Western Development and energy strategy of China, the Yalong River Basin hydropower development will play a great important role in the economic development and social progress in Sichuan and even in the whole country. This paper discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by the hydropower development in the Yalong River Basin,analyzes the advantage of the establishment of virtual hydropower development research center in Yalong River Basin, and then presents some problems and corresponding countermeasures.
