2005—2008年常熟市眼镜卫生质量监测结果分析

Results Analysis of Monitoring Health Quality of Glasses in Changshu City during 2005—2008

目的了解GB10810.1-2005实施后常熟市眼镜卫生质量,为进一步实施监测和监管工作提供依据。方法对该市2005—2008年所有眼镜经销单位,市区每年2次,乡镇每年1次进行眼镜卫生质量监测。对每家眼镜经销单位一般抽检10片近视镜片,老视成镜视其备货多少抽检0～5副。使用日本产TOPCON-CL2500计算机查片仪,电子数显卡尺进行检测。结果抽检的近视镜片合格率基本维持在95%左右,除2007年无统计学差异外,市区近视镜片的合格率均显著高于乡镇(P<0.01)。市区老视成镜检测合格率逐年在降低,乡镇逐年在增高。2005—2007年市区老视成镜检测合格率显著高于乡镇(P<0.01,P<0.05)。其余各年份市区和城镇老视成镜检测合格率差异无统计意义。结论该市在售的近视镜片质量整体较好,老视成镜质量有隐忧。

[ Objective] To understand the health quality of glasses after implementation of GB 10810. 1 - 2005, and provide evidence for further monitoring and supervision. [ Methods] During 2005--2008, health quality monitoring of glasses was performed on all the glasses distribution units, for twice a year in urban areas and once a year in rural areas. For each unit, 10 myopic lenses were sampled, and 0 - 5 presbyopie lenses were sampled depending on the stocking. Japan made TOPCON CL - 2500 Auto Lensometer and digimatic calipers were used. [ Results] The qualified rate of sampled myopic lenses was about 95% , urban units were signifi- candy better than rural units （ P 〈 0.01 ） , except for no significant difference in 2007. The qualified rate of presbyopic lenses in urban units was reducing annually, that for rural units was on the contrary. The qualified rate of presbyopic lenses in urban units was significantly higher than that in rural units in 2005--2007 （ P 〈0. 01, P 〈 0. 05） , the differences in other years were not significant. [ Conclusion] The general quality of myopic lenses on offer is good in this city, but a potential risk exists in the quality of presbyopic lenses.
