摘要
目的探讨HBV无症状携带者血清者HBsAg的浓度与HBV-DNA水平之间的相互关系,阐明HBsAg的含量是否可以反映乙肝无症状携带者体内病毒的复制情况。方法收集武汉大学人民医院2006年1月1日—2008年12月30日HBV无症状携带者中同时进行化学发光法定量检测HBsAg,荧光定量PCR技术(FQ-PCR)检测HBV-DNA的病例119例,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果119例患者血清HBsAg的浓度与HBV-DNA水平之间存在正相关性,其相关系数r=0.71(P<0.05),HBV-DNA复制活跃的患者体内HBsAg的浓度较高。结论对乙型肝炎患者血清HBsAg进行定量检测可反映其体内HBV-DNA的复制情况,两者之间的量存在一定的相关性,且化学发光法测定HBsAg简便,快捷,自动化程度高,在乙肝的临床诊疗中,有助于疾病的观察,用药,提高疗效及判断预后。
[ Objective ] To investigate the correlation between serum levels of HBsAg and HBV-DNA in asymptomatic HBV carriers, and clarify whether the HBsAg level can reflect the in vivo replication of the virus in asymptomatic HBV carriers. [ Methods] The sera from 119 asymptomatic HBV carriers who received treatments in Renming Hospital of Wuhan University during January 1,2006 -- December 30, 2008 were collected. HBsAg was detected by quantitative chemiluminescence, and HBV-DNA was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR) , the results were analyzed statistically. [ Results] Of 119 cases, the level of HBsAg was positively correlated with the level of HBV-DNA, correlation coefficient r = 0. 71 ( P 〈0.05). High level of HBsAg existed in patients with active HBV-DNA replication. [ Conclusion] Quantitative determination of serum HBsAg level can reflect the in vivo replication of HBV-DNA, and a certain correlation existed between them. Chemiluminescence is a simple and fast method in determination of HBsAg, with high degree of automation, contribute to observation, medication, and improve the curative effect and prognosis in clinical treatment of hepatitis B.
