化学危险品应急医学救援箱的研制

Development of Emergency Medical Rescue Box for Hazardous Chemical Incident

目的解决化学危险品应急医学救援过程中,检测方法落后、救援抢救药械分散等问题。方法采用分类研究,系统合成的方法,研制《便携式化学危险品医学救援箱》。结果研制的《便携式化学危险品医学救援箱》具有采样与样品储运、快速检测、解毒急救和提供洗消药品4项功能,配备了适合现场应急需要的固体、液体采样与样品储运装具;研制了挥发性毒物、剧毒农药、剧毒鼠药、金属毒物、强酸强碱类等5类17种化学危险品的检测试剂;提供了数种针对常见毒物的特效解毒药和人体洗消剂。结论此救援箱适用面广,功能配套,操作简便,适用性强。

[ Objective ] To resolve the problems about detection backward, medical device dispersion in medical support of chemical incident. [ Methods]The method of classification and systematic synthesis was adopted to develop portable medical rescue box for hazardous chemical incident. [ Results] The developed medical rescue box had 4 functions of sampling and sample storage and transport, rapid detection, detoxification aid and decontamination drugs. It contained solid, liquid sampling and sample storage and transport equipment suitable for on - site emergency needs ; It could also provide field checking reagents of volatile poisons, pesticide, rat baits, metal poison, acid and alkali and so on, totally 17 kinds of 5 categories. Special alexipharmic for common poisons and decontamination agent are prepared. [ Conclusion] This box can be applied in many field, for its simple operation, strong applicability, and a series of functions.
