基于“两型社会”建设的三种旅游资源开发模式

Research on the Mode of Tourism Resources Development base on the Policy of Two Oriented Society Construction

本文首先阐明了两型社会建设与旅游资源开发的关系,进而系统分析了"政府主导型"、"公司主导型"和"社区主导型"旅游资源开发模式中如何按照两型社会建设的要求,正确处理开发与保护、利用与节约的辨证关系,从而把旅游社区建设成为两型社会示范区。

At present, China has reached the climax of the development of tourism resources, and the policy of Two Oriented Society Construction is the basic principle. Therefore, this paper has illustrated the relationship between Two Oriented Society Construction and the development of tourism resources at first. Then we analysed the mode of tourist resources development, such as the ＂government--led--type＂ and ＂ company--dominated＂ and ＂community--oriented＂, and explained how to handle the dialectical relationship between development and protection, use and conservation, so as to making a tourism community becoming the demonstration area of two oriented Society.
