承气合剂对毒血症大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞活力的影响

Role of Chengqi Mixture on Activity of Alveolar Macrophages in Toxemia in Rats

本研究采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝（ＭＴＴ）比色法检测肺泡巨噬细胞活力（ＡＭＡ），对比观察了承气合剂对毒血症大鼠ＡＭＡ的影响。结果表明毒血症模型３ｈＡＭＡ显著增高，２４ｈ有所降低，但仍高于对照组（Ｐ＜００１）；承气合剂治疗组２４ｈＡＭＡ已恢复至正常水平，而３ｈＡＭＡ显著高于模型组（Ｐ＜００１）。表明承气合剂对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞的活化具有调控作用。

The activity of alveolar macrophages(AMA) in toxemia rat model was investigated using the method of MTT spectrography.The results showed that the AMA increased significantly 3 hours after onset of toxemia in rats and reduced 24 hours (P<001).The value of AMA in the group treated with Chengqi mixture was reduced to normal range (P<001).It was suggested that Chengqi mixture might balance the AMA after onset of toxemia.
