摘要
用荧光法研究ωN-硝基左旋精氨酸(L-NNA)对大鼠脑缺血后大脑皮层、海马、纹状体和小脑中一氧化氮(NO)的变化,结果显示L-NNA可明显减少缺血10min不同脑区NO的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01);左旋精氨酸可部分逆转L-NNA的作用,使NO的含量增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。提示L-NNA可减少脑缺血时NO的过量生成而具有潜在的治疗作用。
Using fluorometric method,we study the influence of ωN-nitro-L-arginine on the production of nitric oxide (NO)at cerebral cortex hippocampus, striaum and cerebellum after cerebral ischemia in rats. The results showed that pretreated with L-NNA (1mg/kg,ip)significantly decreased the amount of NO at four brain regions at 10 minute ischemia (P<0.05 or P <0.01)- L-Arg (300mg/kg, ip )can partly reverse the amount of NO at four brain regions at 10 minute ischemia when it was given with L-NNA(P<0. 05 or P<0.01 ). These results indicated that L-NNA can markly attenuate the overproduction of No after cere-bral ischemia and has potential therapeutic effect for cerebral ischemia.
