摘要
目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)与血硒水平及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性之间的关系。方法:检测GDM患者30例(GDM组)和正常妊娠者30例(对照组)血硒水平及全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性。结果:①GDM组血硒水平为(0.0620±0.0224)mg/L,GSH-PX活性为(68.20±15.91)活力单位;对照组血硒水平为(0.0783±0.0209)mg/L,GSH-PX活性为(80.36±12.68)活力单位,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②孕妇血硒水平与GSH-PX活性呈显著正相关(r=0.714,P<0.001)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病患者血硒水平与GSH-PX活性下降可能与妊娠期糖尿病的发病有关。
Objective: To explore the relationship among gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM), serum selenium level and glutathione peroxidase (GSH -PX) activity. Methods: The serum selenium levels and GSH -PX activities of 30 women with GDM (GDM group) and 30 normal pregnant women (control group) were detected. Results: ①The serum selenium levels in GDM group and control group were (0. 062 0 ± 0. 022 4) mg/L and (0. 078 3 ± 0. 020 9) mg/L, respectively ; the GSH - PX activities in GDM group and control group were (68.20 ± 15.91 ) U and (80. 36 ± 12.68 ) U, respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0. 01 ) . ②There was positive correlation between the serum selenium level and GSH - Px activity in pregnant women (γ = 0. 714, P 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusion: Low GSH - Px activity and serum selenium level may contribute to the pathogenesis of GDM.
