雄蚕丝活性染料SERF值测试与研究

Testing The SERF Value of Reactive Dyes Applied to Male Silk Dyeing

本文主要用雷马素系列活性染料对雄蚕丝染色,测定染料的SERF值,同时与棉和普通蚕丝进行比较。结果显示:雄蚕丝的上染速率和固色速率比普通蚕丝快,且雄蚕丝和普通蚕丝在加碱前表现出了与棉不一样的染色行为,即吸附和固着是同时进行的,但部分SERF值却十分接近,故仅采用SERF值来表征活性染料染色特性是片面的。

This article mainly deals with dyeing male silk using remazol series reactive dyes,Dye's SERF value were determined.The results showed that the dye uptake rate and fixation rate for male silk were faster than those of ordinary silk,the male silk and ordinary silk displayed dissimilar behaviour with cotton when dyed without alkali.Absorption and fixation in silk took place simultaneously,while cotton needed a fixation agent,but some SERF values for the three fibres showed similar characteristic.Therefore,the attempt to use only the SERF value to characterize the reactive dyes dyeing behaviour is one-sided.
