东汽工业建筑震害调查及初步分析

Damages Survey and Brief Analysis on Industrial Buildings in the Oriental Steam Turbine Co.,Ltd.

介绍了在汶川地震中东方汽轮机有限公司的工业建筑的典型震害情况，并进行了简要分析。通过震害调查和分析表明：在地震烈度9～10度震区，单层厂房的屋盖系统、柱子、钢支撑和维护结构均有不同程度的损坏；重屋盖的单层厂房大多震害严重，轻屋盖的单层厂房震害相对轻微；经过良好抗震设计的多、高层钢筋混凝土框架建筑未发生倒塌；砖混结构的生产辅助用房损害严重。本文分析的结果可供新建工业建筑的抗震设计和震后维修加固参考。

Owing to the Wenchuan earthquake, typical seismic damages on industial buildings of the Oriental Steam Turbine Co., Ltd. are reviewed with brief analysis. According to the analysis of the industial buildings damages and the case study, the following conclusions are derived：in the region of earthquake intensity 9-10, roof system, column, steel strut and cladding of the single-story factory buildings had different degree damages; single-story factory buildings with heavy roof suffered serious damages, single-story factory buildings with light roof relatively suffered minor damages, the RC frame by good aseismic design was undamaged;the masonry structures was destroyed heavily. The contents in this study may be offered to aseismic design of new industrial buildings and retrofitting options of post-seismic factory buildings for reference.
