苏北沿海地区棉花生产现状分析与出路思考

根据苏北沿海棉区近五年来的棉花生产情况,分析了棉花生产中田间管理放松、生产成本投入减少、种植成本增加、棉花收购遇冷落、植棉效益下降、棉农信心不足等突出问题及其政策不再支撑、市场疲软、价格低而不稳、自然灾害频繁发生、病虫害日益加重等主要原因,提出发展棉花生产的出路应采取政策支持棉花、政府关注棉花、良补倾斜棉花、价格保护棉花、托市收储棉花等措施。

According to the situation of cotton production in northern Jiangsu coastal region in recent five years, the text analysised of outstanding problems in the cotton production： field management was too relaxed, the investment of production cost was reduced, planting costs increased, unfrequented purchasing, benefits of cotton - planting declined, cotton growers lack of confidence etc., and the outstanding reasons： policy was no longer supporting, the market was weakening, low and unstable prices, frequent natural disasters, the aggravated diseases and insect pests day by day, and so on . Put forward the outlets for the development of cotton production： adopted policy to support cotton production, the government＇ s great attention, improved variety of seed subsity incline to cotton , protection of cotton prices, collection and storage propping up the market and other measures.
