摘要
建立了紫外光谱法快速测定两相葡萄糖水解液中羟甲基糠醛(HMF)的方法。实验表明,在无水乙醇溶液中,HMF在281nm处具有最大吸收峰,因此,可用该方法对HMF进行定量检测。该方法简单、快速,具有较好的精密度和准确性,适于生物质水解生产羟甲基糠醛的快速定量分析。
A method for rapid determination of 5-hydroxymethyfurfural (HMF) in two-phase glucose hydrolyzate by UV spectroscopy is proposed. Experimental results showed that in absolute ethyl alcohol medium, HMF has the maximum absorption at 281nm, and thus can be quantified by UV spectroscopy. The method has reasonable precision and accuracy, and is suitable to be used in the rapid determination of HMF produced by biomass hydration.
