本文从建国初期探索社会主义建设道路时期的财政以及改革开放开启中国特色社会主义道路新时期的财政两个阶段分别回顾了新中国60年的财政发展历程,为我们展现了中国财政60年来与时俱进,不断创新职能实现方式和方法,不断创新运行体制和机制,为支撑和保障社会主义革命和建设走过的历程以及建立的功绩。

This paper looks back on the developing course of public finance of New China in the past 60 years respectively from public finance of the period of exploring socialist construction road and the new period of starting socialist road with Chinese characteristics by reform and opening-up, showing contributions of Chinese public finance,which has advanced with times,innovated constantly ways and means to realizing fiscal functions and innovated constantly operational system and mechanism,to support and safeguard socialist revolution and construction in the past.
