略论新中国60年商品价格形成机制的演变

On the Evolution of the Commodity Price Formation Mechanism of 60 Years of New China

本文拟对新中国成立60年以来商品价格形成机制的演变在经济发展阶段的大背景下做一全面的梳理。本文首先讨论了1949—1956年我国商品价格形成机制由以市场定价为主向以计划定价为主的转变过程,继而探讨了1957—1978年计划定价阶段及其存在的问题,然后梳理了1979—1991年我国商品价格形成机制从计划定价逐步向市场定价的转化,最后对1992—2009年我国价格机制市场化确立情况进行了讨论与分析。

This paper describes the evolution of commodity price formation mechanism since new China established 60 years under the background of economy development.The paper first discusses the commodity price formation mechanism from the market pricing to the plan-based pricing during the year of 1949-1956,subsequently analyzes the stages of plan pricing and the problems.Then, it explores the changes from the plan-based pricing to the market pricing during 1979—1991.Finally,it analyzes the establishment of China price mechanism marketization from 1992 to 2009.
