摘要
本文报告4例体外循环中出现的以气道压力升高为主要表现的灌注肺及其处理方法,呼吸末正压呼吸+利尿药+激素+超滤器为主,辅以强心、扩血管药协同治疗。4名患者术后第一天均顺利脱离呼吸机。本文还就体外循环中灌注肺发生的机理及预防和治疗进行了阐述。
In this study, we reported 4 cases of perfusion lungs during CPB, and their main symptons were the high pressure of the airway. We treated with PEEP+ Diuretic + Glucocorticoid + Ultrafiltration, and inotropic support、 vasodilator. All the 4 patients weaned from breath machine sucessively on the first day after operation.
