关于地方院校科研促教学的思考与实践

Consideration and Practice on the Promotion of Teaching through Scientific Research of Local University

通过长期从事科研和教学活动中的一些经验,认为地方院校应从服务于地方经济、培养具有创新能力的应用型人才的角度认识科研促进教学的意义。结合河北理工大学阐述了科研促进教学的一些方法,鼓励教师从事科研、注重科研成果向教学的转化、引导学生参与科研等方面理顺科研促进教学的机制,从教师教学水平的提高、学生学习兴趣的增强、本科教学内容的丰富、本科实验教学的促进、学生创新能力的提高等方面,简述了高等学校的科学研究对教学的促进作用。

Based on the authors＇ experiences of scientific research and teaching activities, this paper described how to promote teaching through scientific research from the viewpoints of upgrading the teachers＇ level of teaching, boosting the students＇ interest of learning, enriching the contents of education, improving laboratory experiments of the undergraduates, enhancing the students＇ innovative ability.
