摘要
为了确保蔬菜安全越冬生产以及温室内的温度满足作物生长发育的需要,着重于提高日光温室的节能效果、探索能有效提高温室热环境的墙体材料及组成,研究针对塔城地区温室现状进行资料收集和数据测试,根据热工学原理,结合地域、土壤、经济等因素,对不同结构墙体进行总结和对比,引用结构相同、材料不同的温室环境温度测试结果,选择最优化的蓄热保温材料,提出最优化的温室墙体结构方案。从而改善温室的保温蓄热能力,提高温室围护结构的整体性能,降低投资成本,使得农户获得最大的经济收益。
In order to ensure the vegetables safely overwinter and to meet the requirements for growth of crops in the present study was carried out to imcrease the energy saving effect to find out the proper wall materials and its composition.The Institute of Agricultural Mechanization, Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Science collected and tested the data of the status quo in the Tacheng area greenhouse. According to the thermal design principle and the integrating section, soil and economic factors, comparison and summarizing the different walls, on the basis of the research temperature environment inside several greenhouses with the same structure and different wall materials, chose the optimum thermal insulation materials, put forward the optimization structure scheme of the greenhouse wall. Thus the ability of the greenhouse heat preservation was improved, the unitary capability of the structure of the greenhouse enclosure was enhanced and the investment cost was reduced, which made the farmers obtain the maximum economic income.
