叶酸对肉仔鸡蛋白质和生产性能影响的研究 被引量:10

摘要 选用1日龄艾维茵肉用雏鸡120只,按叶酸添加水平不同分为4个不同处理组,分别添加叶酸0、0.75、1.5和3.0mg/kg。于21日龄和42日龄采血,测定血液中蛋白质的量,同时记录日增重、日采食量,降低饲料转化率。结果表明:叶酸的添加显著提高了21日龄肉仔鸡血清蛋白含量(P<0,05),但对42日龄肉仔鸡血清蛋白质含量无显著影响(P>0,05)。日粮中添加不同水平的叶酸,均能提高日增重、日采食量,降低饲料转化率,其中以添加叶酸3.0mg/kg试验组的效果最好(P<0.05)。 The present experiment was carried out to select 120 one day age broilers which were divided into 4 groups with different additive folic acid, which was added by, 0,0.75 mg/kg, 1.5 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg respectively. The blood samples were taken in 21 day age and 42 day age,whose protein quantity were determuned. At the same time,daily weight gain, different level of folic acid added in the diets could improve daily weight gain,daily feed intake, decreaes the conversion rate of feed. There were the best performances in the test groups, the folic acid was added by 3.0 mg/kg( P 〈 0.05) .But the differences of feed conversion rate between all groups were not significant. ( P 〈 0.05).
