阐述了加强乡镇防办能力建设的意义,根据江西省新余市乡镇防汛机构普遍存在的问题,提出相关对策.
The meaning of strengthening the ability construction of town flood and drought control office is stated. Based on the existing problems of town flood and drought control organization of Xinyu City in Jiangxi province,the relevent countermeasure is proposed.
