根据江西省锦惠渠灌区现状,结合灌区规划要求,分析了是否考虑黄沙电灌站从锦惠干渠取水两种情况下,在现状水平年及规划水平年锦惠干渠存在的问题,并提出了合理性对策.

Based on the present situation of Jinhui Canal Irrigation Area and combined with the plan of this area, the existing problems in the actuality year and the planning year are analyzed under two condition whether Huangsha Electric Drainage and Irrigation Station drafts from Jinhui Main Canal or not. At last, the countermeasures is proposed.
